Technician's summary
Margaret received a call from someone claiming to be from her internet provider, who installed remote-access software on her laptop. We removed the software and a fake 'PC Cleaner' program, checked her email for hidden forwarding rules, and secured her accounts with her. Scam-site blocking and call filtering are now set up, and her daughter has a copy of this report.
